What happens if you disappear?+
Nothing stops working. The system runs in your own cloud accounts, your patrol data sits in your own database, and you hold every login. That's the whole point of owning it rather than renting it.
What hardware do we need?+
NFC-capable Android phones (which your guards almost certainly already carry) and NFC sticker tags, which cost pennies each and are available from any electronics retailer. No proprietary scanners or readers.
What are the running costs?+
Hosting runs in your own accounts — typically around £15–20/month total for a small company (cloud hosting plan plus free database and scheduling tiers), billed by the providers directly to you. We never bill you monthly unless you choose an optional support plan.
How long does setup take?+
Days, not months. We deploy the system, brand the dashboard with your logo, create your guard accounts, and run a 45-minute training session. Registering a checkpoint takes one tap of an NFC tag.
What about updates and support?+
Bug fixes are included for 12 months. After that, choose an optional support plan (from £35/month) or pay per change — you're never forced to pay to keep what you already have.
Can our clients get the reports directly?+
Yes. Email rules let you send each site's daily PDF report to any set of recipients — your ops manager, your client's facilities team, or both.
